Subdivision of Property Information
Subdividing property is a process that will take time. The first step is to complete the application online with the correct information. Next, you would need to pay the fee before the application can be processed. This information will have to be advertised. The Planning& Zoning Advisory will meet to start the evaluation process. They will then make their recommendations to City Council. City Council will make the final decision.
Pool Permit Information
Pool or any part thereof, cannot protrude into the front yard. An inground pool and an above ground (if the wall of the pool is less than 36″) must have a wall or fence around it no less than 3ft in height and must be kept in good condition and have a gate that locks.
